Same as below except on 3rd floor.

PROS:

1. Beautifully renovated kitchen with great tile floors. Generally nicer interior than above.
2. Great location

CONS:

1. Weird angle of wall separating the two bedrooms.

** For both 151 and 153 Lafayette apartments. they were not a significant improvement on Irwin's current place. marginally larger, but both would need work to make nice.
