PROS:

1. Great amount of space, eat-in kitchen, spacious living, bed, jbig bath.
2. Lost of sunlight
3. great neighborhood

CONS:

1. Terrible decor, terrible fixtures, would have to re-do everything, re-paint, etc.
2. Upper limit of mortgage range.
